(Jan) Porcupine Meatballs


I didn't originally post this because I didn't think anybody liked them... Sorry!


1 lb. Hamburger

1 cup rice (not instant)

1 med. Onion chopped

1 egg

mix in bowl, roll into balls, lightly brown, drain grease. Mix 2 cans tomato soup & 1 cup HOT water pour over meatballs and simmer in large pan 1 hour or cook in crock pot all afternoon.
